This mixes into my morning smoothie perfectly. It has a vitamin-y taste, but honestly, if it tasted like anything else, I'd be worried about what chemicals were in it to cover up the vitamin taste. In a fruit smoothie, I don't really notice it. What I have noticed is an increase in energy in the morning and no crash later, so this is a winner for me. Just don't expect it to taste anything like fruit, and you'll be fine.

I love this product. As a longtime B vitamin user I find ‘crownhealth’ B12, B6, B1 perfect. I subscribe so that I never run out. Yes, I think it’s that good-and tastes delicious too.

The vitamins can make a difference in your activity tolerance. I prefer to shake the bottle and keep the dropper solution for 2 minutes of sublingual uptake before swallowing.
